Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is natural and your body is designed to do it, however, it often takes time and perseverance to make it work. I provide informational support and hands-on assistance in your home. I have helped many women achieve their goals of making breastfeeding a success by visiting them at home, observing feedings and providing suggestions for different techniques. It's comfortable, convenient and it's important for women to not give up! If you are having a hard time, call for support. It's the greatest gift you can give to your baby and yourself.

Childbirth Information

Not everyone needs a 12 hour course in childbirth education. Some people are interested in obtaining useful, hands-on information regarding the basics of labour and delivery. Not only does this help alleviate some of the anxiety new parents face with impending childbirth, it can also add a proactive, positive element to the upcoming event!

I will come into your home and give you an information package on childbirth and demonstrations on coping techniques and different positions to try during labour and delivery.  This service is especially useful for moms on bed-rest, anyone who has difficulty leaving home, parents with children at home, or parents who simply need a refresher. I am available for weekday, evening or weekend visits.

$25/hour with no minimum hour requirement.
